Ok I just found out about RunKeeper and entered my details for the first run. I did a total of 2.09 miles, average speed of 4.40mph on a 25ft climb and burnt around 163 calories! The calories look rubbish!
What a great site. I have the free iPhone app now so hopefully it will run alongside GetRunning and I can track my distances easier. Its so good to see it all broken into statistics - I love statistics!!
Still aching, but have decided tomorrows run WILL go ahead. Can I still call it a run if it's a walk/run? I haven't been really.
